Dr. Luis Rujana is one of our pain management doctors at Hospital Angeles Tijuana. Luis Miguel Rujana, MD, received a Medical Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, (UABC) and is a certified Anesthesiologist with a specialty in Pain and Palliative Care Medicine.
